Very nice, perfectly comfortable accommodations, at the center of the Cape. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage, since the old, more picturesque towns are an hour away (even though close in distance). Downtown Hyannis is close by. The 10 am checkout is very early. Beach is within easy walking distance.
