American Property Team (APT) has been the property management company for Pickman Park Condominiums in Salem for approximately 15 years.  They have provided expert leadership as the Association transforms the 68 buildings, over 4 miles of roads and sidewalks, many acres of landscaping to the 32 year old development. Pickman Park’s property manager of 10 years has many years of experience and has developed outstanding relationships with vendors who provide Pickman Park with professional and expert services.     APT has guided the association board through this transformation with the development of a 13 year plan which helps the board predict funds needed to continue to maintain the property and property values. The Association's board understands that there is a period of adjustment when first moving into a condo environment and it is not for everyone.  However, APT and the board strives to develop a level of understanding for all unit owners by conducting open monthly meetings, an annual meeting, and the posting of all financial documents, meeting notes, and 13 year plan spreadsheets to the condo’s secure portal.  The board will also meet with any unit owner one on one to explain the process used to develop the 13 year plan if the unit owner cannot make the monthly meetings or would like additional information.  Please drive through the property and see for yourself – Pickman Park is a well maintained and managed property and the Association is very grateful for the guidance it receives from APT.
