Dunkin' Donuts

Ordered one Hot coffee and two iced coffees...they got them mixed up and gave my friend who had ordered an iced black coffee a hot black coffee and gave me an iced flavored coffee instead of the hot flavored coffee that I had ordered. While we were waiting for our coffees us another customer came in and said he had gotten to round coffee's which he had proof of with the receipt but was not allowed to get a refund until Saturday morning when there was a manager on

First time here and was not impress with service. There were five employees working, it was not busy. There's only one customer in front of me, it took 15 minutes to order one med. Iced coffee. The lady in front of me wasn't happy also.
