Tap House Grille

Does this place want to be a fine dining establishment or a pub? The prices say fine dining. The food is good, but very pricey for what you get. For those prices, at least salad and bread might come with it but it does not. Judging by all the empty tables in the dining room at dinner hour. I can't see this place making it . I really wanted to like the place because it's independently owned. But it's just not a good value.
