If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We have ordered from them a few times before and the food is so so. Tonight I placed an order and when the food arrived, it was very soggy. I called and the girl who answered the phone was very snotty telling me that she prepared it and that she is sure it was fine. I told her it wasn't and she asked what I wanted them to do, I told her I want the food replaced, SINCE I PAID FOR IT, and she was very rude and hung up on me. I tried to call back 5 times and every time she HUNG UP on me. I tried calling back to demand a refund but they keep hanging up. Poor business practices. Trust me, Save your money!! There are plenty of other places that you could order from in west springfield. I would never, ever suggest anyone to order from here. This is unacceptable behaviour. And if the owner cares about their reputation, I suggest they let that girl go. I would never allow my employees to treat a customer in such a way. I will be following up tomorrow, I want to speak personally with the business owner. Beyond unacceptable.
