Britney must of been having a bad day because, she hang up the phone on me. I called back & she said she couldn't hear me & that service was breaking up after clearly having a dialogue with me about a product I was looking for, plus tries to put me on hold?! No thanks. She seems nice in person but don't let that fool you, don't contact her through the phone. Rude customer service from her behalf. In the future learn to at least apologize to your customers even if you think you're right or you'll get nowhere. Will be taking my business to another Sally's. Thankful there's plenty more :) Avoid this employee & all the grumpy workers you find.
