U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

My experience with this uhaul dealer was awful. After a snafu with the original dealer we reserved with, she checked and found a van was available at this location. We went to this location and saw not one but two vans sitting in the lot. The attendant (and I use the term loosely) was rude, more interested in texting on his phone and told us "no, we aren't renting uhauls"...what??? explained the situation and he stared blankly and repeated no uhaul. There's two vans sitting in the lot and we had a reservation...hmmm..we left pretty ticked off and went back to the original uhaul dealer who made the situation right. SHe told us she had heard similar complaints earlier in the week about this same dealer. Whoever owns this gas station should seriously review his employee's customer service skills. And oh, by the way...anyone looking to rent from this dealer might want to leave the kids in the car. The glass display case in front of the cash register is filled with a lovely display of bongs and pipes available for sale along with the snacks and sodas. Avoid this place for rentals of uhaul. They are doing them a disservice.
