Hyatt House Boston/Waltham

I was extremely excited to stay in this hotel due to the good reviews and the decent prices for a room. I was planning on staying one night with my S/O but we didn’t end up spending the entire night. The staff seemed busy but were extremely rude and one of the females was snappy with us. We finally got to our room after dealing with awful service and the room hadn’t even been cleaned yet from the last people who stayed. When we complained they hung up the phone so we had to go down and complain. They had someone come and clean the room an hour and a half later. We checked the room over and we checked the mattress and there were little bugs around the seam. Really hoping it was not bedbugs but we had a feeling they were. After dealing with horrible service, and a disgusting room we grabbed our bags and left. I truly do NOT recommend this hotel.
