I have ordered several pieces and they all came in correct with no quality defects

Shucking with Daniella , Vantel Pearls Beware of Vantel Pearls! I am disputing charges for 180.00 jewelry order and want a refund. Pearl placement was wrong and consultant tries to blame me so I immediately went and got screen shots of my messages to the consultant and also the quality is cheap ! My cc company has is disputed charges and I requested a copy of the invoice/order form. This consultant isn't answering my messages and it appears I can no longer message her.
