Im giving this a one star because i have to actually give it a star. This is for the DRIVERS and the way things are organized. Every single time there is snow they do not finish their route we are towards the end so us along with the rest of the street gets skipped. I was told last year that we should just get a box like what?! No way! My mail box is at the street he doesnt even have to get out of his vehicle to deliver MY BOX IS CLEAN. Yet no delivery. Im patient and have waited and talked with them tried to resolve it. Guess their drivers just need to go deliver down south they cant even handle the snow. -_-

The manager Thomas or Mark whatever his name gave me different name every time this guy was disrespectful rude and poor customer service needs to be transfer or coached on how the post office service works this is why ups been having most of my business today I'm dropping my account with usps and will report and file a complaint
