There was 1 person working on a saturday morning in the summer, probably the most common moving time in new england. I was charged incorectly and after an hr long wait in line to correct it, I was told there was nothing they could do. They wouldnt even attempt to correct the charges, and there was no manager to speak with. I was promised the manager would call me when available and I'm still waiting on the call, even after contacting corporate customer service. I'd make an effort to avoid this place.
