United States Postal Service

I went to the post office today and there was a huge line passing thought the door and only one clerk assisting customers. Why would you only have 1 staff working when there are 20 people on the quote. This's awful. People were complaint. Where was the manager? why there was no other Clark available? I waited 20 minutes and the line wasn't moving so I had to leave. Slow service :(
