Friendly folks. My husband called to make an appointment last week (we dont have very big windows of time to work with). David showed up right when he said he would and got right to taking care of the pump out. Nice guy too. And he still had record of the date of our last service call. Price was reasonable.

Scheduled an appointment for septic alarm going off, ( was told prior to buying house that the system still had approx. a year before the septic needed to be empty-based on number of people living here and # bathrooms). They showed up at 4:00 for the 2:00 appointment told us it needed to be emptied which I thought was strange, but trusted in his word. The guy stays until 6pm (I'm at work) and decides to bill us $600.00 to have poo removed. Problem 1. quote was approx. $200. 2. stayed over time so he could over charge me. He stated " i'm unsure of where the septic is and have to search for it" hum thinking back he could have looked in his file. He stated he could not find the septic system ( which is BS considering the previous owners used this CO AND he had the location on file). 4. Hit us with $600 bill ( we thought he fixed the alarm problem). 5. Sent us another co name (electrician to fix our alarm with an estimate of another $500-600.00. I have no problem paying for honest work, but this guy is a damn scammer. Took advantage of new home buyers. and our alarm was Never fixed!

Awesome group of people. Dave went out of his way to help us fix a issue. In the end he wasn't able to do it but he did find the problem. They able to recommend a company that could help. A+ service. Sue in the office was also a huge.
