I checked out one of their competitors earlier in the year and was very disappointed. This shop, however, was much different. Very friendly, helpful, took the time to help me understand what I needed and why, showed me how to use it, treated me like a great customer. I will definitely go back to them with future bicycle needs. Thanks.
