I purchased a Groupon went to get my hair done for an event and the owner turned my hair purple and platinum blonde, she told me to go home and wash it a couple times and it should come out, unacceptable if you ask me, she should have offered to fix it, I had to go to another salon to get it fixed, which ended up costing me more money, she refused to fix my hair herself and she refused to give me my money back stating it was up to Groupon to give me my money back. She was paid via Groupon so she should have to give me my money back! Beware if you go there to have your hair done it might turn purple and you won't get your money back, just an FYI...
