3” of insulation specified in the contract, applied 1/4” in some places, some places applied nothing. I could see the back of the sheathing.
Demanded a deposit before he would come back to fix it.
Sent his guys to fix it, and still wasn’t right.
Told me he’d insulate the bathrooms free but then charged me after I made him fix his other work.
Cost me 3 days of production, since you can’t go in the space to check until the next day due to fumes.
