Brought 72.00 worth of work pants (12 pairs) for my fiance on our first visit.
I thought my fiance paid at drop off. I asked if it was all set and paid for and the woman told me no. So I apologized for thinking he prepaid I left the pants there and ran to get my wallet from my car. I paid and thanked her with a smile.
She curled her lip at me and got very rude due to my error thinking my fiance paid. She wouldn't engage in conversation or did not thank me for my business after I thanked her twice.
I will drive a little further and use Renssi Cleaners from now on. They are friendly and curtious everythime.
