Hancock Animal Hospital

My first couple of visits I loved this place, the doctor was attentive, the receptionist was friendly, it was only after I sent an email in to ask a question that I decided I needed to find some place else. I sent the email in a couple of months ago and I still haven’t received a response, other times when I would call the receptionist would act like she had no clue who I was.
