Issac's On The Waterfront

It was a Sunday and exploring Plymouth. We happen to be passing as a couple came out. They said it was a great view. We never would have found this as you need to enter and go upstairs. The view was great. The service and food so delicious. We each had a glass of wine, clams casino, I the pricilla scampi, husband the stuffed shrimp. Would highly recommend both dishes and this restaurant.
