Rude employee sat at the front of the store on her phone the ENTIRE time texting without saying a word to my boyfriend or I. No "hi" or "bye" or "have a nice day". She had her phone out in plain view, might I add.

Went to buy a pair of shoes that were marked $15.00 plus had a coupon for $4.00 told me the price was 20.00...that the mark down price was on there too long, so the price is $20.00...really!!!!..that is called false advertisement, keep them!! Need better management at the Haverhill, Ma store...won't be back or suggest that store!!!!
