Pay no attention to the negative people. Dr. Peters and Monique and everyone else at Noah's Ark are wonderful people who care about the animals and the people. I've been going there for about 20 years, which probably is as long as they have been in business. The only bad experience I have ever had was with a substitute when Dr. Peters was on vacation, and I never saw the substitute again.
Dr. Peters recently experimented with cryogenic treatments on a tumor in my dog's ear ... the dog is 14, and surgery that would require removing the ear makes no sense. When the treatments didn't work, Dr. Peters spent time talking to me, and we see no sign that indicates any suffering ... given that life expectancy is 15, and that the dog is otherwise in very good health, we decided to leave the tumor alone and watch the dog. I am more than happy with the level of concern, the common sense approach, and with knowing that these excellent people are always there when I need them.
Highest possible recommendation.
