Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springfield Northampton/Amherst

Spent the weekend. Desk staff are AMAZING!!! I needed help with not only putting a crafty gift together, but to keep my date informed of my delay so I could pull this off without being "caught", and I wish I could remember her name, and bothers me that I cannot, but she was incredibly helpful. She did the hard part, and cleaned up so I could get back up to my room. You can't ask for better staff. 100%!!! A million thanks again if you see this. Rooms are 100% clean. Housekeeping personel are extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast staff are sweet as can be, and helpful. They 1 up hotels when it comes to the quality and variety of foods. Definitely 5 stars

Location was nice, a few minutes from the downtown area. This hotel felt very upscale, receptionist was very friendly and kind. The room was luxurious with two TVs, a very comfortable bed, sheets, and pillows, and large, clean, spacious bathroom. The pool was small, but I didn't use it. The work out area was opened 24 hours.
