These guys can't get their act together. First they screwed up the billing with Blue Cross for an office visit and were supposed to resubmit the bill to them. That was 2 1/2 months ago and is still outstanding. Next, they were supposed to submit a referral to Blue Cross for my daughter to visit a specialist and they never did. THE WORST
