Same as everyone else - the staff here are incredibly nice and friendly, and they seem capable and honest. (Was listening to a mechanic speaking to another customer about sourcing parts, and it was not the normal run-around that others do to get people to buy marked-up replacements.) I called on the phone to inquire about hours (I needed a car inspection after work) and it turns out they were closing in 10-"ish" minutes, but she kind of chuckled at that, asked where I was (I was in downtown at the moment), and told me to come on in. Not what I expected at all

I've gone there many times for all variety of repairs and maintenance. these are nice people, very knowledgeable and honest, highly recommended.
