TERRIBLE customer service! About the 3rd time I did not get on the bus due to them overbooking in woods hole by selling tickets from through an outside agent not aware of how many tickets have already been sold. BEWARE of purchasing tickets from here if you have concrete plans that can't be shifted. Unethical and terrible customer service.
