Mixed feelings. We used to come here all the time when it was TenIchi. With the change over, the hot pot and sushi is still quite good. The menu itself seems overwhelming with so many options. Even still, several options were not available at the time. Where we had issue was with the service. Server brought one of our appetizers out completely cold and the other came towards the end of our hot pot. Server also seemed to be rushing us and wasn't very helpful and friendly. I'd say the service is probably the biggest letdown from our time there. Overall the food was good but not so much that we will become the regulars we once were. Edit: Decided to return after receiving notification that the location was under new management. Came with some skepticism but left pleasantly surprised. We did the all you can eat hot pot and sushi. Appetizers arrived promptly and were good. We ate our sashimi and sushi while we waited for the hot pot to boil and it was also very good. The hot pot itself was great in both quality and presentation. This was one noticeable plus from our last visit. One thing to note was that after the initial ordering our waitress wasn't very attentive but I would recommend making your order pretty comprehensive when you first place it to compensate. They give you time to digest before asking for seconds which is good if you place a good sized order beforehand but bad if you order with the intent on reordering soon. Waitress was friendly and we felt welcome. We will be back.
