2 years ago we bought a living room set. The salesman assured us that it was a great set and that it would last for years and it came with a 5-year warranty. After 2 years the center support broke. We flip the couch and opened it up to find the entire couch was made of particle board. We fixed the broken centerpiece and then a month later the front leg broke off. Called Bernie and phyl and they refuse to assist us. they claim the warranty was only for one year. And even if it was still in warranty we voided it by fixing the center piece so we could sit on it. They take no responsibility that they sold us the set of almost $3,000 that was made completely of particle board. Their customer service refused to escalate the complaint or to assist us in any way. We also bought a dining room set 6 months ago from them. It is completw garbage also. Everytime we wipe the table after dinner tbe food crumbs actually scratch the finish. We will no longer be Bernie and Phyl's customers and I hope you will not be either.
