The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Their hours state that they are open for inspection until 5:30 Monday through Friday. I brought my car for an inspection at 5:15 on a Wednesday and was told they could not take it because they had already closed. I asked them if their hours were until 5:30 and he said that it already was 5:30. When I told them it was actually 5:15 he changed his story and said they take their last car at 5:05 because it takes at least 25 minutes to do an inspection. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me he was there manager. When I expressed my displeasure with that he brushed me off and told me to go somewhere else. Another gentlemen who I am told is the also manager told me to go to their affiliated service center on Harvard Street. He stated he would call and have them reserve my spot so I would be taken immediately when I arrived. Upon arrival at the Harvard Street location, another customer pulled in immediately before me. I asked the attendant if he had spoken with John the manager and if I would be taken first because of what had occurred. He said that he would need to do the other vehicle first but that it would only take 10 minutes. I'm not sure why it takes this shop only 10 minutes but there other shop 25. I would never give my business to them again. Be warned.
