This is a tough one. We purchased a gas insert from YF years ago and they have always serviced it with good results. This season (just before the storm to be fair), We we’re having an issue so I called to get service even if after the storm passed. I called and was directed to their service line voicemail that promised a call back in 24-48 hours. Again...storm and I get that. Nothing, so let’s see if they call me when they reopen.If they do, I’ll readjust my review as prior to this event, I’ve had little to criticize them for.
OK-a follow up. I didn’t hear back so I called in. They were very nice but said they were booked until Feb. I took he appointment but was not pleased. A day later I received a call and they said their customer service line was flooded with calls, and mine may have dropped off. They asked if I’d like an appt. in 2 days! Their tech came by and did a great job.
Service is the key for a business like this and I’m pleased to adjust my rating.
