What a GREAT experience!!! We were a little skeptical at first. Are we really gonna buy a mattress from a guy named Joe Love?
We never booked an appointment to test out mattresses before. It was great! Whole store at our disposal. The privacy to take our time and feel comfortable. The salesman, I mean the Owner, giving us his undivided attention. What more could you want? Oh yea, a great deal!! Well, you’re gonna get it, no matter what mattress you figure out is right for you.
For us it was the 12” gel/memory foam mattress at a fraction of what a temperdic would have cost us...well as far as we know. Truth is, we didn’t do any research before hand, what did we know? Well after 30-60 minutes with Joe you can tell he’s the real deal. Genuine, straightforward and honest. Answered all our questions and let us come to our own conclusions no matter how long it took. Sorry Joe.
Also the purcahse and delivery couldn’t have been easier. I gave him my address, signed my name and slid my card. If I could have fit it I could have left with it. Instead Joe and his son delivered it straight to our bedroom the next day. He was even willing to take our old one away at his own expense. Amazing! If only every buying experience could be this accommodating!
I couldn’t recommend buying a mattress here more. Forget the chains where you’re just a number paying retail. Here you can feel like a celebrity without breaking the bank and walk away confidently you got a great product at a great price from a great guy.
