Lowe's Home Improvement

EVERY associate that I came in contact with was exceptionally nice with good personalities. There were so many things I wanted to buy! Not sure why anyone would give this place a bad review, I had nothing but excellent service, they even told me to take my time when they were closing...will definitely come back even though it is out of my way. The best part was the amount of veterans they had working there.

Horrible customer service because the under-staffed store has broken price scanners and outdated computers. The staff are overworked and stretched thin, though most of them do their best to help even when it is not their department. The supervisor was as rude as anything and had an egotistical tone about him. I hate going into this place, I only go when Home Depot doesn't have what I need and even then I debate driving to New Hampshire before going here.
