Creative Nails & Spa (Marlborough)

I had a pedicure (which was perfectly adequate and fine) as well as an acrylic fill with gel polish, done at this location. As I said the pedicure was fine. However, the fill was awful! The tech didn’t ask me how long or what shape I wanted my nails. She cut them far too short when I specifically said to only trim them a little. She didn’t file or drill them correctly. The polish job was awful! You could see my nail through it (even though I’d asked her to fix it). I was so disappointed when I left, I ended up coming back later that day to have another tech “fix them.” She basically just took the polish off, drilled them and that was it. I couldn’t change the color without being charged because it was gel. Even though the color was half the problem (because it was not true to the swatch...). I was just overall unhappy and dissatisfied. Not to mention, a friend went the very next day to the same location and was also unhappy with her nails. Second time I’ve been let down by this location. Go to Millbury. Far better service and technicians.
