Worst customer service iv ever experienced. Set up as in town when I needed one way tried to charge me an additional 260 dollars and wouldn't admit to their mistake After I set it up as one way over the phone. I called customer service and they hung up on me and when I called back to speak with the manager he refused. I've worked in customer service my whole life and not once did I ever treat a customer with the utter disrespect they treated me with. If I could give 0 stars I would. And this was after they told me they had the trailer in a different location and didn't. The manager changed my reservation never told me I wouldn't be able to drop off anywhere ( which is why I went to uhaul instead of renting a trailer from someone I know ) I even payed for the insurance just to have them f*** me in the ass with it.
