We send all of our CDL drivers to Gateway Chiropractic for their DOT medical card. The doc there takes his time and does more in the exam than all of the places we've used in the past. I can tell you that for the past 1.5 years (27 dot physicals) none of my guys ever had a computer printed DOT medical card. The forms are completed online but the medical card is and always has been hand written for my guys. Not one of my guys have ever left the clinic without a medical card unless they failed some part of the examination. So for someone to post a negative review that leaves me questioning what the reviewer wrote as being truthful or is it some kind of vendetta or did you even go there???...(as neither myself nor any of the 27 others I've sent there have ever had any problem). This place is a gem regardless of what one single disgruntled individual says!
