They got me in quick and were very friendly.

While we all agree potholes suck! One thing that doesn't is the unexpected great experience R.W.'s provided me after my tire was ripped from its rim on the pike. Within one hour of hitting that pothole I was taken to R.W.'s one-stop-shop office and outta there in a clean Ford Fusion rental while they worked to get a matched Nokia, studded snow for my car I picked up on my return trip from Boston. These people made what could have been a real lousy day into an amazing great experience. Thank you!
