When I called to set up a rug cleaning, the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and patient with me as I had many questions to ask. I appreciated the continued contact between the time I first called and the day of my appointment. When the technician arrived he was very friendly and explained everything is was going to do. The outcome of the cleaning was spot on - perfect!

Terrance was polite, friendly and a VERY HARD WORKER!!! He did an excellent job on our carpets. He should open his own business because his boss doesn't stand behind his promises!! When the tech left he told me that the work is guaranteed for 30 days. There was an area on the rug where he could not get the odor out. He said if in a week or so it still smelled to call because their work is guaranteed. He told me they would come out and use a different solution with a large and powerful suction that would remove the smell right down to the floorboard. I called and left message for owner. It took him almost a week to get back to me and said that only the "regular cleaning" (I paid extra money for the pet stain and odor removal) was covered with the guarantee and I would have to pay $75/gal plus labor to get that stain/smell out. So much for their "GUARANTEE"!!!!! They need to be more transparent about expectations and guarantees and prices!!
