The owner, Ken Holland, came out two times for a very simple job of snaking a drain and replacing a toilet flange at $80 per visit. The job he did on the snaking turned out to be worthless, and he never even put the wall back together that he took apart to access the drain and left it for me. On a later call he was very rude to my wife and seemed that he couldn't be bothered to help us. Stay away is my recommendation.
