Highlander Laundromat

The woman who works here is so ridiculously rude it’s unbelievable. I had never been to this laundromat before because i just purchased a home in Middleboro and have not purchased a washer and dryer yet so I was not sure on how to get the card to be able to use the machines. The attendant was to busy talking to some guy to notice me and once she finally did and I explained to her that the machine wouldn’t accept my bills she rudely says “can’t you read? It’s says $5 bills only” in front of the people like she needs to feel bigger or smarter or something. It said on the small digital screen (like a vending machine) that was switching between other things so no I didn’t see it and obviously if I asked I didn’t see it....no reason to be rude! Just help like what your supposed to do. Being a better/bigger person I just let it go. Then once my clothes were done washing I put it in the dryer and once again she comes over and says “oh I guess you can read if you can figure out the dryers” seriously? How much of a condescending jerk can you be. Needless to say I will never return to this laundromat and they should really find someone with a better attitude to work with people because there’s no reason someone should have to deal with it. Oh and the prices are also ridiculous so there is nothing good about this place.

Friendly, helpful staff, very clean place, lots of different size washers.
