Very long wait time and poor customer service overall. Upon arriving there was a "pre-ticket line" composed of about 30 people before you get a ticket. No signage posted regarding this system and you had to rely on customers in line to figure out what was going on. I thought that I may have chosen a bad time to go (1:30pm on a Tuesday), but customers referenced this location always having this issue. I will make mention the only reason I gave a 2 star instead of a 1 is that the security guard took it upon himself to approach the pre-ticket line to see if customers had the right documents to save them the trouble of being turned away after such a dreadful wait. Now back to the trouble of this experience, once I received a ticket after a 45 minute wait, it took another hour and fifteen minutes for me to get seen by a worker. It was obvious there were not enough workers available and the ones that were there were openly expressing how they were "exhausted and frustrated" and as a result operated very slowly. Gave me the impression they all hated their jobs. Will not return.
