We have been trying to resolve a issue with our 2008 tax returns due to an error on the part of this office. The owner of the franchise, Daniel Hoskins is a nightmare to work with. He has failed to provide a resolution in a timely manner, he is never in the office, nor will he return a phone call. We have exhausted our patience with Greenfield H&R Block and now have escalated our problem to the district office. Mr. Hoskins has no business being in business!
