Awesome service, professional, friendly and very trustworthy! We ran into car problems on our way to VT when we stopped in Greenfield, MA. It was on a Saturday afternoon and the few places we stopped at to get help were either closed or getting ready to close. We came upon Greenfield Auto a few minutes before they were closing and John was more than happy to help us out with a unique problem concerning the retractable hardtop on our BMW. He was patient and fixed the issue within 20 minutes with professionalism and turned our panicked situation completely around where we could continue our trip up north.
