Went summer 2016. Party of 4. No free soft-drink refills. Fried food was overcooked and otherwise just OK. Waiter was trying to be funny and "cool", but mainly seemed surly and kind of insulting. Overly solicitous in their requests to give them positive social media reviews. Otherwise, staff was friendly. Great location and "downtown Gloucester" touristy atmosphere, but there are numerous better options for food on Cape Ann -- you'd could probably trust this place for cocktails and an appetizer though. I'd give it two stars (maybe three) but am suspicious of their other ratings given their pushiness on the social media front.
