General Cleaners

Went in to dry clean my bedding. The woman at the front was incredibly rude. When I said I needed dry cleaning she led off with the fact that I would have to pay in advance. She did not give me any information other than that. I asked how long it would take, she said 2-3 weeks. 2-3 weeks is a long time to go without bedding so I asked if they shipped it off site, she said no, and then told me they shipped it to Holyoke. She then suggested that I pay to use their laundromat services and argued with me when I said that I knew these blankets needed to be dry cleaned. I asked if there was a same-day service nearby and was directed to the business that had sent me here in the first place because that business does not offer same-day dry cleaning. I did not drop my blankets off and was never informed about how much it would cost me to get it cleaned. Customer service was awful.
