I have had an amazing experience with the physicians at this practice. Not only did Dr. Tara Dumont (now retired) blow me away with her knowledge and ability to synthesize 4+ years of specialist care for my chronic pain / shoulder and neck issue, but she worked with my specialist to get onto better medication when I suddenly gained 40 lbs (and my specialist just wanted to give me another medication to treat that "symptom"). I've never felt more in charge of my overall healthcare than with this facility! My new PCP is wonderful as well, and fortunately I haven't had to see her much, as Dumont did such an awesome job!
I will say, though, that for urgent care, I go to OnCall Urgent Care in Northampton because it is much easier to get in to be seen on an urgent basis. I have been seen on an urgent basis, though, and they did follow up and fill a script for a stronger antibiotic when my symptoms were obviously not improving. (I appreciate that, given that my history documents that I get a sinus infection at least once a year, with my deviated septum, etc.)
Also - the physical therapy services at this site are wonderful! Sandy is the best woman I've ever worked with for PT, and she "gets" the fact that I am an athlete and a dancer, so when I say "I can't do this" (and it's some strange movement), she gets up and does it as well to understand what is going on. Absolutely wonderful.
