My husband and I had the absolute worst service there of any doctor's office we have ever been to. We could never get anyone to call us back or get a prescription on time. Everyone "forgets" which staff are on vacation and puts us through the wrong voice mail. We even called three times in a row had the Dr. paged on the weekend and did not get a call back. When they finally did call us back the nurse was rude. We left and put in a request for our records in 2011. We called multiple times to get our records to transfer to another doctor, but the "person who does the records" was not there that week. They just called us back in March 2013 and wanted us to come pick them up for 11 dollars. A year and a half later prompting me to write this review.
