This by far is the largest group of misfits I have ever encountered at a DD. I travel for work all over ri and southeastern mass and this place is the worst. It's sad because it's in my town and I always try to support local business. I avoid this one and only go if I absolutly have to. In the past week I have been twice. First time I waited 7 min for a cup of coffee and today I was treated like I was a bother. After waiting at the counter for some to help me one of the other employees at the drive through called for Erik....twice . Both times Erik's answer was What. Then the boy yelling for Erik preceded to get on him phone. Clearly I was a bother to Erik. What can I get u was his response to me when he took my order. I asked for a hot cup to go with my coffee which was not placed in front of me but on the Internet side of the counter. The hot cup was placed near the coffee to which my response easy sure I'll put the coffee in the cup for u. By this time I had had enought. These ppl need to take a lesson from the no. Walker St dd. Now these ppl know customer service. The drive there was so fast I didn't have time to get my money out. Remember in swansea I waited 7 min at the drive window . I notice I am not the only.one giving a bad rating. Why are these ppl still in business.?
