I used this company last year without incident. This year completely different story. I ordered a Ninja Turtle bouncy house because that was going to be the theme of the party. The day before the party I got a call saying they did not have that bouncy house but they would throw in a free cotton candy machine. I was disappointed but went with the flow because its the day before the party. Don't you know the bouncy house that was delivered was filthy!!!! I didn't realize it until after the party was over when I went into to bounce myself! I plan on disputing the charges on my credit card!!!
