Joe in Raynham provided the best customer service experience I have ever had. Called several other places and was told, sorry part is discontinued and you're out of luck. Joe, however, worked with the manufacturer keeping me updated and was able to miraculously get me the parts no one else could. I wish I could give more than five stars. In this day and age with so many people whose response is "not my problem" or " not my job", Joe is a breath of fresh air. Cannot thank him enough for his help.
