I ordered a dvd here via Inter Library loan, and had to call the reference dept. to see if they even had it because sometimes items go missing. The woman who answered was extremely bitchy and looked up my id #, when I asked i she could check the shelves, she went all crazy on me. Telling me yeah we have it, I dont know when they'll box it (I needed it by the 27th) and to never call and ask about my ILL items again, that the system will update by itself for me. I had never been treated more hostile by a library more than Dracut Public Library
