Panera Bread

The staff are incompetent! Went in to buy bagels, NOTIFIED THE SERVER of food allergies- they made me feel like I was bothering them that they had to go out of their way to cut my bagels- when I got home they were covered with sesame seeds! The ALLERGEN THEY WERE TOLD ABOUT! This was the second time this has happened at this store. I WILL NOT go back again! If I could I would give them 1/2 a star!

Incompetent and rude. Never again. Took our money, didn't give us half of our order, took three Panera people just to confirm what they did (which eventually was confirmed), manager was rude, refused to refund us our lost money, wanted us to drive back to pick up the items they never made and were jerks the entire time. Never a "sorry," any phrase like that or any personal responsibility. Do not trust that the order is right, that they will be willing to refund your money or that management will behave in a responsible or polite manner.
